Running late? It is understandable to be running late. IF you are running late, please let me know at your earliest convenience. If there is no communication in the first 10 minutes of the appointment, your appointment WILL be cancelled. 

If a design is requested, it must be voiced from the time of booking the appointment for timing purposes. Designs include French, Fine line, Shapes, Etc. If an appointment is booked without saying it is for a design, the appointment is automatically a solid colour. 

As of January 1st 2025, I will no longer be selling gift cards. In replacement of that, I will be offering pre-paid services instead. Service must be paid in full including the tax. 

Please note that all cancellations must be done 24 hours before before the time of the appointment. If cancelled after that, you will be charged 50% of your service. 

I WILL NOT  remove other nail technicians work. New clients must attend appointment with bare nails. If failed to do, the appointment will be cancelled. Current clients that would like to have their nails removed it comes with a fee of $12 + Tax  (Not including a manicure). 

Debit and Credit Only. No cash for payment (or tips). Tax is applied to ALL services.

If you are sick: PLEASE stay home! You WILL be sent home if you attend the appointment sick. For everyone else's safety, please let me know and we can reschedule to a later date.
